Important: This Privacy Policy applies only to visitors and users of this website. It does not apply to the provision of psychological services by Dr. Keltie Pratt. If you become a client, you will receive a separate consent and privacy agreement that governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal health information in the context of psychological services.

Telehealth & Electronic Communication

  • Telepsychology services are provided using secure, privacy-compliant platforms (e.g., Jane, Google Meet) that meet the requirements of PIPEDA, PIPA, and PHIPA.
  • All electronic communications are treated with the same confidentiality as in-person sessions, but there are inherent risks with internet-based communication. See the Telepsychology page for more details.

Retention and Storage

  • Clinical records and personal information are stored securely and retained for the period required by CAP and applicable laws. Records are securely destroyed when no longer required.
